The is an easy and whole food recipe that can be made in 5 minutes. Try it and you will be surprised with the results.


  1. 100g of Soaked Almonds (soaked it in water overnight)
  2. 50g of Poppy Seed
  3. 50g of Dates (Deseeded)
  4. Pinch of Salt


  • In a blender add all three ingredients with one glass water, till creamy consistency.
  • Put a kadhai on flame, add the blended ingredients with a tiny pinch of salt and stir it for 10-12 mins continuously.
