The is an easy and whole food recipe that can be made in 5 minutes. Try it and you will be surprised with the results.
- 100g of Soaked Almonds (soaked it in water overnight)
- 50g of Poppy Seed
- 50g of Dates (Deseeded)
- Pinch of Salt
- In a blender add all three ingredients with one glass water, till creamy consistency.
- Put a kadhai on flame, add the blended ingredients with a tiny pinch of salt and stir it for 10-12 mins continuously.
